An ode to storytellers

Discover a place where time is no longer the boss.
Hang your hurry on a hook,
Leave your worries for tomorrow.
Open the doors of your ears
and enter a world,
of long ago and yet of now.
Listen to the rhythm and melody of stories old and new.

Will you join us on a trip?

People have always told each other stories. To understand the world, to remember and to learn
and to learn life lessons. Aminata Demba follows in the footsteps of West African storytellers - the griots. She puts herself in the shoes of a child with a head full of questions, big and small. Her search for answers becomes an adventure in which she also discovers herself.

Join us on a journey into the depths of time. A journey full of wonderful encounters: a
with stress and an elephant with itching, hospitable aunts, a goat in love, an unreliable crow...
unreliable crow... A musical journey with nothing but a handful of courage and a zest for life.
and a zest for life.

Inspired by Amadou Hampâté Bâ

Amadou is an ode to the art of storytelling and the magical music that accompanies it. This tale is inspired by the work of the Malian author Amadou Hampâté Bâ, who collected and wrote down the mythical, oral stories from the collective memory of the Peul people.
